I am frustrated that Bellami knows the quality of their hair, yet still promotes the opposite. I strongly believe that my hair is defective as it shreds all over the place, and It's very knotty. Before transitioning to Bellami, I bought my clip-ins from Sally's beauty supply, I purchase the rent hair that lasted me two years, and now I regret for even changing. Bellami please be honest about the quality of your hair. Yes, it's thick, but it's also knotty and can't be tamed. “This hair is not great quality , it even has the fake hair smell .. Unlike cashmere hair ... I tried to return them since I was very unsatisfied but they said u couldn't since it was open ... When you have a customer pay that much money for an item and is obviously very upset then you should let them return esp when there were white red and brown strings found throughout the hair .... Do not buy .”
