“The package I received them in was all crumbled up and gross, the hair is just... okay it wasn't like the most prettiest extensions in the world. I got the synthetic pony tail for free as well in the same color... and it wasn't at all the same color. It was extremely yellow while the hair clip in extensions were more platinum.”

Which is sad because I've loved every other set I've gotten from them. But the clips they put on them now seem to be better quality then before. Hair quality went down clip quality went up. I already bought a lot of hair from here (I use hair extensions since 2008) and thought since I saw a lot of "good reviews" on youtube and instagram, why not try a different brand?! Bad idea! This hair extensions tangles a lot! Without even using it, shed a LOT!! I bought last month and it is already 2/3 of the hair, doing the same things I used to do with my other extensions.
They sell the idea of beautiful and wonderful hair but on the third time wearing, it is a whole other story!
Oh, and washing it gets even worse!
