“The hair extensions are really beautiful, they are so soft and pretty; However, I feel like the packaging is very cheap and even though my extensions are worth more than $200.00 I still don't "deserve" a little carton box which will make me feel like I am actually buying a good brand item. I also purchased the hair extensions carrier and the zipper gets stuck, again I think that since Bellami is a well recognized brand the products quality should be up to the brand standards.”

My bellamis came within less than a week. They don't shed a lot, are really soft and easy to take care of, and they are really easy to put in your hair.”
“I absolutely love my extensions, but the shipping took almost two weeks. They shipped the first free pony, but not my extensions. A week and a bit later my extensions were shipped. I paid extra for shipping and when they got to customs, I had to pay GST.. I wish they were in CAD instead of USD because it costs so much more to convert. When I contacted customer service to inquire about getting another pair of extensions in stock shipped instead, they said there was nothing they can do about it. I paid extra shipping to have my extensions before my big day. In the future Bellami should put out of stock instead of letting you purchase the extensions. Extensions are great though! 10/10... customer service 1-10.”
“I love this hair!! I got the ash blonde 220 grams set and I'm so in love. I tone and colored the hair and it took it very well. The only thing I kind of disliked about the hair is the shipping. It took a week but I'm an impatient person and I didn't want to pay for faster shipping lol all in all this hair is worth the money! I've had it for about a month now and it's amazing!!”
