“They're not horrible but they're not great. They shed extremely bad and for some reason they constantly look like they need to be brushed. I have to continuously brush them throughout the day to make them look soft and pretty. But when I brush them, so much hair comes out into my brush. I love how thick they are... but that's about it.”
“They get tangled really bad and the color did not look like the picture. Not so great how your website described the hair qualify. It's not fair for people to invested to much money thinking there finally getting good hair when in reality its not.”

“The ash blonde extentions I received looked great but every time I would gently run the brush through them, huge chunks of hair would fall out onto the brush. Now I feel like only after a month they're thinner than the already thin extentions they were. I wonder if it's only this hair color that is like that because I ordered a brown color about a year ago and they are still thick and lush as when I got them.”
