“I purchased ASH BLONDE, 220g, 20inch hair extension last month. When they arrived, I realized that they looked nothing like the sample color in the pictures on the website. They were a golden/yellow blonde, with absolutely no dimension to them at all..just a flat, NON ash blonde color. Luckily I am a hair stylist and I was able to completely change them. I ended up toning them and adding low lights to them (which is not what I had originally intended to do with my hair, but ended up having to to use the extensions.)
On a positive note, they are very thick and exactly the right texture and amount that I wanted. Once I fixed the color, they ended up looking really great! The clips are sturdy, and the actual wefts lay very flat onto my head and are pretty undetectable. They're comfortable, and look great curled and straight. :)
Overall, I am really happy with my purchase, I just wish that I wouldn't have had to fix them like I did..especially coming from such a reputable brand.”
“These are really thick extensions, they dont tangle and dont get matted in with my real hair, a problem i've had with other extensions. I will say that they are very dry and brittle at the bottom, i've already had to do 2 deep conditioning treatments and cut them. They also have this shine to them which makes them look synthetic and i dont like that.. i want it to look like my hair. Also the shedding is ridiculous, when i first opened the package i almost wanted to cry with the amount of hair that was falling out. I was not happy at all... also when i put any heat product i have on them, the ends just shrivel up... i feel like half of this hair is synthetic”
