“I really loved the hair first seeing them even though when I got them they were not at all the color I expected. I ordered ash blonde and they were platinum. Also my first time using them I had gently brushed them into my real hair exactly like the instructions on the website told me and they were shedding so much! They still shed way too much, I try not to brush them at all because when I do so much hair breaks off. Even when I wash them hair comes off and i'll have my hand covered in hair that has broken off. I have only worn my bellamis four times since I got them, i'm very disappointed. I'm not sure if maybe it was just the hair I got or if all bellami hair is like this but I'm definitely going back to buying my usual brand extensions. The money I payed for these was not at all worth it and I feel like I got ripped off.”
“Unfortunately the quality of the shade of hair I purchased was not where it should be for the price. The blonde hair matted up after only wearing it twice, and I'm afriad it will only get worse after washing it. I'm going to try and find a new set of virgin blonde hair from someplace else, as the hair I received was highly processed. I did like that they included a test piece, though. I probably wouldnt buy from bellami again.”
