“Hi. This is the second set of bellisima extensions I have ordered. The first ones were fabulous. This set that I received is shedding hair quite a significant amount. Tried reading all of the instructions and follow them thoroughly about how to care for them but the hair is falling out like crazy. I have done nothing different than when I purchased the first set. I absolutely loved my first set but I'm not sure if I will order another set or not. It's a lot of money to spend if all the hair falls out so quickly. Thanks again.”
“DISAPPOINTED! I'm a cosmetologist and when dying the hair the extensions were spotted. I did the hair strand test with a lighter to the ones that weren't dying and turns out you put synthetic hair on these "natural" hair. Unprofessional to work with since the price is high and the quality is LOW. Will not recommended this to my clients and stylists. Waste of money :(”

“I got the hair was super excited it was wayyyy blonder than all the Instagram pics and video it had like cotton pieces throughout the hair which was weird .... The ends I thought would be super thick as some people had said online and that was not the case I ended up cutting off three inches ... Also I find the hair to be dry and it kinda bunches after a hour or so or wear .”
