“Came with dead bugs and a lot of lint. Shed like crazy and super thin at the ends. Sent them back and was told that an empty package was received! I have a signed confirmation that they were received. This company is trying to scam me! I am going to go on all social media and post the pictures of the extensions with the bugs and how thin they where since I no longer have my money or the extensions! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!”
“This is my third set of bellamis, several clips had come off of the weft and the color was so yellow I had to wash several times with purple shampoo. I contacted customer service and was told to send back my bellamis and someone would INSPECT them . I feel as though with the amount of money you spend on a product your satisfaction should be garanteed and a company as yourself should do what they can to make that possible either a refund or a new set of hair , why would I want the same hair that is already defective who's to say another clip won't fall off ... I love bellami products and like I said out of all the other companies I have come back and purchased yours I just hope I did not waste my money on this set .”
“Horrible all around! I've owned several human hair extentions in which I'd style, color, and wash. I received these & immidietly had them colored to match my hair exactly. The hair became straw like & much off it like an elastic band. I couldn't even wear them after spending well over 200 on them! I emailed customer service only to be ignored & sent an automated message to not reply that they will get back to me. So utterly disappointed when I was so excited to have them. Won't recommend”
