“The color was defective and not correct and I had to send it back and have not heard from the company. I also had to pay for the return and was not able to have the extensions for my party. :(”
“Way off on the ash blonde...once it's out of the package it's more like strawberry blonde! I've had to bleach and purple shampoo them repeatedly and they still don't match my hair! :( but two stars cause thickness is spot on”
“I used to be a burnette had the second to darkest color you could get think it was called off black. I ordered the same 220g 22in but they aren't the same. The brunette had way more hair! When I held up the hair I couldn't see through it but, with the blonde I can see right threw it. It has way less hair I was kind of disappointed. I will say the quality remains the same still really good. I bought the brunette extensions before they brought out the 260grams 24in. I guess it's just a way they can make more money so you can buy the most expensive.”
“The hair is great of course however the wrong color was sent to me on top of my package being lost (which was USPS' fault not yours). I have ordered this color before, and this time it was for my best friends wedding. I finally received the hair (the day of the wedding) and it was not ash blonde, they do not even come close to the color of the first set of ash blonde hair that I ordered. I had no other option that day other than to use them, so I am not trying to return since I opened the package. I just wanted to let you know that they did not match and the hair stylist actually had to do a toner to my hair to make them blend. They ended up working fine, but my hair was not the color I intended. The product in itself was great and thick! I love Bellami and will always order through yall, I was just upset when I received the wrong color of hair. I can send you a picture of my original ash blonde next to them, and you can clearly see it is a different color. Not trying to complain, just a FYI!”
