“I have only had my Clip-Ins for a few short months and already need replacing. At first when I toned them, it was terrible, the lifting process of the hair created banding they were spotty all over. I found the quietly of the hair to be over dehydrated and not as luscious as everyone claimed. I spent the extra money on them hoping to get 6/8 months with minimal wear. I'm a hairdresser and I properly treated my extensions, used proper shampoos, conditioners, heat sprays, oils and tools. It wasn't till the 5th wash that I absolutely loved them, and now they have thinned out and lot so much hair in volume and length, and have become so thin when I wear them, it's just adding a bit of volume to my own hair. I will admit, they have the best clips, and hardly ever slide out in my thin hair, and is enjoyed how well they were out together till my clips won't snap shut on all my wefts an the stitching is snapping apart. I wanted to give them another chance but I don't see any reason to just yet, I'll look else where.”
“I absolutely love the hair! I've referred you to three clients who also purchased hair. My only complaint is out of the three orders only one came with a brush and nice hanger for the hair. The other orders came with a yellow envelope and clear package for the hair.”
“The extensions are nice but they are much lighter In person than I had realize. Also they don't do well with purple shampoo. I rinsed them with the shampoo and instead of a basic rinse the shampoo dyed them purple!! I'm not 100% satisfied with them hopefully after going to the salon they'll be able to blend into my blonde hair better. Unfortunately I haven't even been able to use them at all.”
“I had a very frustrating time with the order for this. I had to switch my shipping address which seemed it would be easy from the website and from everyone I talked to. They said that they switched the address and that they shipped it to the new one, but did not put the new one on the shipping label. I had no clue where my package was for about 5 days because they had sent me an email with the wrong address. This was frustrating because I wanted to have them for a specific date, which I could have if the address had been right, but because it wasn't I got them later than I wanted.”
