“I am SO disappointed in this set of extensions, that I will never buy ANYTHING from Bellami again. I basically just spent $210 for nothing. My hair was delivered DAMAGED and there is nothing I can do about it. Your policy states no refunds/exchanges once the seal is broken, but I couldn't even see that the hair was damaged until it was taken out of the package... The clips were broken and defected. A lot of them were loose and hanging, not even attached to the weft completely. A few were broken and wouldn't open or close no matter what. They're just stuck in one position, unable to clasp onto the hair at all. That is useless. It won't stay in the hair like that. But again, there is no way I would know that until taken out of the package. I decided to just go ahead and try to fix them myself and get some use out of them since I had just spent so much money. The first day I wore them, I realized just how poor of quality the hair actually was. It knotted up so much and intertwined with my hair so badly that it was almost impossible to even get them out. The hair looks EXTREMELY fake because of how coarse and matted it is. The texture doesn't look or feel anything like real hair. No matter how often it's brushed/combed, it goes right back to one big knotty mess. On top of the broken clips, knotty, tangled hair, it sheds like nothing I've ever seen before. I've had multiple brands of extensions and none have EVER shed like this. They supposedly started out at 220g, but I'd be surprised if they were even at 160g right now... I thought I was purchasing a luxury extension set, but what I ended up getting was something I would expect from Walmart. I'm just so disappointed and upset with the hair I received that I will let everyone know to not waste their money on this product. It makes me feel like you guys do this on purpose and this is why you have the return/exchange policy that you do. That way you get your money without actually having to deliver the product that was promised. I guarantee no one would WANT to buy hair for $210 that they knew would come in broken, coarse, and knotted... You can literally brush them, hold them up to look at them, then have to brush them again because they got knotted within minutes. I KNOW that is not normal and not the way they should have come. I just wanted a nice set of extensions, but ended up feeling scammed... Again, I will let everyone know how terrible these are and recommend they purchase from a different company. I seriously doubt I will get a response from you guys or that this will change anything, but I will not lie and say this is a great product and I'm so pleased when I am 100% angry. There was absolutely NOTHING "fabulous" about this product and I do not "adore" anything about them or this company anymore.”
