“Crazy shedding and matting. Like unwearably bad. The replacement wefts I was sent were just as bad if not worse. The color was absolutely beautiful though. I also bought a piccolina set that is thin but is relatively soft and does not shed. I don't know what's up with the bellissima's. They're rough.”
“Extremely disappointed in the very brassy orange color the ash blonde came out to be. It took ALOT of toner and purple shampoo to get anywhere close to my hair color. I do love the thickness but sallys even has more of a color selection. Hope you guys come out with more colors more of a white platinum blonde and a burgundy red color as well. Thanks”
“I love them except you claim to be 100% human hair and I've found at least 10 synthetic strands. They are extremely thick too. Almost like fishing line. That is very disappointing to find out your claims on 100% human hair are false. I have ordered from you multiple times and this has always been an issue. :(”
