“I purchased these based off the other positive reviews and I am super disappointed for $228! I have owned these extensions for three weeks and they're already shedding and tangled. I have to brush them every twenty minutes or they become a matted mess! I have owned over twenty sets of extensions and these are some of the worst! Maybe I got a bad set or something? I am beginning to think these positive reviews were paid or received this hair for free. Will never recommend Bellami or order from them again.”
“I've been wanting to purchase Bellami extensions for quite some time because I've heard so many great things about them. When trying to match my shade of blonde I know it can be difficult. The online sample matches my hair perfectly but when they arrived the shade was really yellow without any dimension. I'm going to see if we can add a little bit of low lights and high lights to try and match it. Not giving up, but was hoping they matched the online color.”

“I purchased two bundles of platinum blonde hair, and received a free pony wrap. The wrap was platinum blonde, but the $400 worth of hair extensions was a reddy blonde. It didn't match. When I sent an email asking why this was, nobody responded. After about a week, I called. Everytime someone answered the phone, they just hung up on me! It was horrible customer service. I doubt they would have treated me that way if I had thousands of followers on Instagram. My issue was never resolved. I will not order from this company again. The product is cheap and inaccurate.”
