“Love my hair but customer service was bad. I called multiple times just to get hung up on over and over. Shipping took a week which wasn't terrible but finding out about offers that I didn't get for free after everything was really upsetting. There was deals the day after that I didn't know about and should've gotten. Eclectically after my bad experience.”
“This is my third set of bellamis and my first set 2 years ago were amazing and lasted so long! I'm not sure if the quality haw changed or you guys are buying from a different place but my last two sets didn't last longer than a month and were tangled and matted after one wash! Definitely will be trying other brands...”

“I LOVE the quality of the extensions: thick hair that matched my own perfectly. However, after a couple of times wear, the hair began to turn a reddish color near the ends of the Beach Blonde color. I hope the hair doesn’t continue to turn red because I’m a blonde. All in all I enjoy my extensions! I have do doubt they will last me a while.”
“I was actually really excited to try these out. I've heard such great things. Unfortunately they were a huge disappointment. They shed like crazy, the color of the hair isn't even close to the name on the site, it took me several toners to get it " pretty close " to matching mine, and although I understand the reason they put the lace at the top of them it makes them bulky and very hard to hide. Oh and most of all.... Mine won't hold a curl for anything. I've tried every method and they just won't hold a curl. Highly disappointed because I replace my extensions very often and I was hoping I'd found a new brand. No such luck. :(”
