“I LOVE my Bellami Extensions, this was not the first time I ordered and they're my favorite brand of clip-ins for sure. The only issue I had was that on 1 or 2 clips that were a little loose for a brand new set. The other thing was that I paid extra for shipping to come 1-3 bus. days and there was a few problems with that. All that aside I will definitely be re-purchasing and would reccomend Bellami to anyone. :)”
“You fuck with your customers by insinuating it'll be 3 to 5 business days then you insist we have to send you screenshots of our PayPal or bank statement receipt which 1. Is incredibly shady and 2. Then if we don't catch the email we have to start the process over again with the best option being we catch it right away then have to wait for you to approve that a couple business days. THEN you have to wait ANOTHER couple business days to get it approved and sent and then ANOTHER 3 to 5 business days to receive it. But wait, the bullshit doesn't stop there, you decide your crappy hair extensions need sign on delivery even though NO ONE is ever home to sign during the day. So that's yet ANOTHER business day that I have to wait and screw up my work schedule to stop into the post office myself to go get them.
Once you actually do get them, the disappointment doesn't stop there! Despite being the same brand and color, they are COMPLETELY different colors and textures. AND the sewing is obviously cheap and loose. Also, who thinks its a solid idea to make so many of the pieces one inch pieces (which anyone will tell you slip out easiest and you need just a couple to put above your ears)?
And the disappointment doesn't stop there either! If your shipping policy wasn't fucking IMPOSSIBLE with the shipping rates being ridiculous and you constraining which services we can use and making sure that it'll be months before reimbursement, you effectively make it a no return policy because otherwise you'll have to have budgeted for another full set immediately, which most people can't.
Honestly, if I could've sent these things back without a giant headache and lots of lost money, I would've sent them back immediately.”

“I actually dyed these purple. My orig hair color was a beach blonde but I decided to go with something different. The only issue I continue to have with these is they shed and there is nothing you can do about it. Now my last set I had shed, so we will see how these work. I bought the brush they sell and communicated via email with Bellami and the only thing they suggested to me was to put clear nail polish on the ends near the clips…really?! Hopefully this set works out better or this might be my last set purchased from here.”
