“Horrible customer service, when I made a complaint to customer service I got no apology, only "your feedback helps us! Happy holidays" also had to tone my hair at least four times as my "bleach blonde" was a rusty bronze. Sheds particularly a lot, will not be using this brand again. Beware of "same day shipping" as well, it took four days to even process my order--which is fine, but is false advertising. Don't promise if you can't execute.”
