“I’ve bought Bellami hair extensions at least 7 times now and I never had a problem with them which is why I always come here and pay around $200 for them cause there worth it but sadly the ones I got were probably a bad batch cause the sewing on them were horrible the clips fell off in one week the hair was shedding and It was hard to deal with them and sadly stop using them which is sad since I have short hair and i wanted the extensions for when I went to events just for a longer fuller look and I thought of purchasing another set but I’m just scared I’ll waste my money and it will happen since I didn’t even get to enjoy the first set I got.”

I message the company on Instagram (where i found them) and asked if I sent a picture could they help me decide between two colors I thought would work for me, no response. So I email them, and again, nothing. I had a big event coming up that I wanted them for so I made a decision to get the dirty blonde. When arrived the test strand looked strawberry color and I didn't think a dirty blonde set would be so I figured it was the lighting. It wasn't and they definitely pulled red. I figured I'd make them work. My hair is already ombré but still annoyed. First time I washed them I could have made a wig of how much hair came out. Pretty disappointed. And still no email back.”
“First and foremost, the color of your hair is not reflecting the hair that was delivered to my house. It wasn’t until I had to search high and low on Instagram to find someone with the same extensions to confirm that your website does NOT reflect the actual color. Also, I tried to order express shipping (3-5 days) and to no surprise my order showed up 7 days later. Upon checking out it did NOT state any “cut off times” or what could potentially make it more time consuming. As I filed a complaint they tried to pin it on me and say they are only giving me a partial credit back for shipping this ONE TIME ONLY. Ok.. if your website does not state the facts when checking out, OWN THAT. I’m very disappointed in how this multi million dollar company treats an average ordinary customer like crap with false hope and promises.”
“I’ve worn many extensions and these are the softest by far and curled decently. They tangle slightly but then again what hair doesn’t. Definitely worth the purchase and so happy I did.”
