“The quality of the hair and the clips were nice. The color was odd. I got the free pony tail at the same time and in the same color and the two pieces are COMPLETELY different. The pony tail dirty blonde is a true dirty blonde while the Bellissimas are a pinkish, coppery blonde. I wish this would have been in the description. I realize I could have exchanged them but I ordered them for my birthday and I would not have gotten them back and time, and I didn't want to pay to ship them back. I was annoyed that this pinkness was not described on the website, and that all the dirty blondes are not the same color. I went through all the proper channels to pick my color, including submitting a picture to the instagram for a color match, so it was VERY disappointing when I received strawberry blonde extensions to match my yellow blonde hair. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and offered to take my return, but for the reasons mentioned above I declined.”

I tried to contact bellami on their Instagram to see what the color is so I could tone my hair to match my icy/warm extensions and got no response. Love them, but I'll probably get a different color next time.”
