“I ordered the dirty blond for my wedding, and when I got them they were strawberry blond. I had to rush them over to my hair dresser for her to get some of the redness out. It took two times and was able to wear them as the quality and length were amazing.”

“I ordered my hair extensions and shipping said it would be 5-7 days... I got my product 14 days later. So keep that in mind if you need them for a specific event. Another huge issue I have is the packaging... I paid $209 for my hair extensions and got them in the cheapest packaging. It was so flimsy and cheap. My hair dresser was shocked at the packaging that they put the hair in. It was basically a plastic bag. Besides shipping and packaging, the hair is fabulous and I love it. Minimal shedding. I would only suggest better packaging and faster shipping. What "regular"people get vs what YouTube beauty gurus is a huge difference (packaging wise).. at least from the reviews I watched”
“I was allowed to do a return, which I am very grateful for, but I was so sad that I had to return them. They were so much better than hair extensions I'd bought in the past, and then upon closer inspection, my dirty blonde extensions had black strands running through them! Not only black strands, but dark brown and even a dark purplish-red color! No one with dirty blonde hair is going to have that wide of a spectrum of hair. The black strands didn't even feel like real hair. They were very plastic feeling to me and my hair dresser. She advised me to return them since she felt it wouldn't be safe to color it because it felt synthetic. So disappointed... wasted over $50 in shipping total, too. The free ponytail I received in the same (18) color matched my hair perfectly! No dark brown or red or purple or black strands to be seen. Just wish the extensions had been the same way.”
