“My purchase was good, not excellent like I wished. The case to store my extensions did not have a zipper to open or close, one of my wefts has crunchy hair on top like if glue or something dripped on it so it's crunchy hard and unable to brush. I love the wand”
“The thickness tapers off toward the ends. Much thinner than the root. Not like the pictures online when I purchased it. It does look okay despite the thin out toward the bottom. The hair already has split ends. There are what looks like lint or fuzzy things in the hair. I had to go through each weft and remove the little fuzzy things that seemed to be heat pressed into the hair. Maybe of them 40 total. They didn't fall out easily. Had to pull them out one by one, sometimes damaging that little hair or groups of hair that it was clinging to. Some of the sewing material wasn't snipped off either. I had a few threads that had to be trimmed. I purchased this during the pony tail promotion, so I have that piece as well. That hair seems to be of much better quality and the thickness is better toward the ends. I don't know if I would purchase this product again through Bellami. I would likely purchase from another company next time and see if I can find better quality somewhere else. I do think they are beautiful when they are in and love the look. I just think for the money and based on the pictures that this product is lesser in quality than it should be. Probably worth 25-30% less than the priced. Color was as expected. I like that.”
“Color of extensions was not the color Ir said on the website . The dark blonde I ordered was a lot darker than the color online and I am a hairdresser and am very familiar with the levels”
“I've been getting hair extensions from Bellami for years now. I've had several returns trying to get the right shade of blonde. Their colors are not in the same family that you would color your hair so be very careful when ordering. This blonde hair is frizzy, split all over and when you let it air dry it's in waves. When I was a brunette the hair quality from them seemed to be much better. Maybe it's how much they have to process the hair to get it this color. I use 8N and 8A with Matrix. And I had to pick the Dirty Blonde (18) to get this color. Overall not happy with quality of hair.”
“There are threads sticking out on a few of the extensions. If something catches on them then it will pull off and ruin the extension. Very disappointed”
