“Got my extensions and to my surprise they were pink. Be cautious if you have cool colored hair. Blonde has small red strands throughout to make it warmer but in my hair they looked straight pink. Very disappointing as the extensions themselves were amazing!! Wish they were the right color”
“I ordered the dirty blonde extensions and they are not dirty blonde at all. They are a rose gold color and did not match my hair at all. With my purchase I got a ponytail extension, also in dirty blonde and the two colors don't even match. Really disappointed in these.”
“I have pretty thick haur that goes about to my bra strap. The extensions dont blend perfectly because my hair is so thick even though these extensions are supposed to be very thick. And they also feel very very heavy and were hurting my head at the end of the night.”

“The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the color was off from the online picture. This was a pain because I thought I would be receiving the color in the picture which was my hair color but instead it was a different shade of blonde. With the amount of money these cost I would expect to get what I'm paying for via pictures. Other than that, the hair is so, so soft and shiny. Customer service was wonderful too. Very quick and the employees were kind.”
