“The product came very quickly which I liked, and the quality of the hair seemed pretty decent, but the colour was disgusting. It looked to have red undertones, almost pink in some lighting. Had to send them back for a lighter shade which I will have to dye darker, very frustrating.”
“When I received the extensions in the mail the colour looked nothing like it did online. Of course I was not expecting them to look exactly the same since it's being compared to a computer screen but they were much darker than I expected.
I work at a hair salon and we work with extensions as well, and are used to toning/dying extensions. We assumed we could just lighten them to match my colour which we have done successfully before with other extensions, so I opened them... When we tried to colour the tester strip it completely melted. Now I'm stuck with expensive extensions that I cant wear.

“I bought the hair a month ago. I waited to now and put the clip-on.I I love the hair but this hair shred way to much and also tangled too. I constantly have to carry a brush around to de-tangled the hair at all time. I have short hair and give me the fullest I posted pic's of it on Instagram Stephlover89 :(”
