“The quality of the hair seems good, although the ends are hard to maintain. Them seem to become frizzy quick and are hard to get back to normal. I like the thickness of the hair and the color as well. I just wish the ends looked a little better and were easier to maintain.”

When I contacted Customer Service I received this response:
'We are unable to locate your package since it has been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Please contact post office for further information.'
I contacted post office who said I should contact seller so they can fill a claim.
Waste of time and money.”
