“I am a licensed cosmetologist, and also am a hair extension specialist for Cinderella Hair extensions. I have never had a worse experience with extensions. The dirty blonde were definitely a lot darker than I expected, so I decided to highlight them. I used Olaplex and foiled a heavy highlight, when I washed and dried the hair it was PINK!!! Not to mention, some of it was melted! Which should not have happened if this were human hair! I ended up having to throw them away. I then received an order of the next level lighter, ash blonde, and was not impressed with them either. I did a lowlight, and then toned them. I'm still not 100% happy, which is so disappointing because I was truly excited to use your product and to hopefully sell to my clients. However after this terrible expensive disaster of an experience, I am more likely to just use extensions from Sally's! Or my permanent extensions from Cinderella.”
“I am upset because the pair I recieved were not 220g. I compared them to my other 220g set and they are a lot thicker. Not pleased with my new ones. I must have gotten a bad batch because they are thin.”
