“I have spent thousands with BELLAMI and have been a loyal customer. But these last two orders have been complete frustration. Between getting the wrong grams of hair
when stated higher grams on the package to now false advertisement about
same day shipments and not stating "back order" when the purchase was
made but then being on back order days after the order went through and my
account was charged. Then being on back order til the 20th (a month from
order date) to just yesterday having the website claiming back ordering
until the 23rd. It seems Bellami is quick to take your money but not quick
to fulfill orders correctly. We as customers are having to deal with false
claims and frustration. I've purchased extensions from Bellami for years
and have always been satisfied. And I can understand the demand and growth within a company especially how trending human hair extensions are today. But now it seems
as time has progressed, integrity has been on the decline. Now i am forced to stop ordering from BELLAMI because its simply too frustrating, especially when i have been paying a good amount of money.”
