“Horrible service. Absolutely horrible. Took a month to get my hair and I had to call about 10 times to get the job done right. Then when they finally sent it, my order was INCOMPLETE. I TOLD a them I needed my stuff by a certain time for my WEDDING a and they STILL screwed me over. I'll never order from them again. Hair is good so far but that company is the most unprofessional online company I've EVERY done business with”

“Well! I hope the product is better than the service. They did at least respond to me, but I ordered my extensions only to find out a day later that it is on back order. I ordered over a month ago & still have not received them AND I won't until end of April when I need them for an event May 1st & they still need to be cut and dyed to my hair... BUT I don't actually have the product to tell you how they are doing so I don't know why I just got an email saying to review them... Hope this was helpful.”
