“I have been wearing hair extensions for about 7 years and I’ve tries many brands but this is one of my least favorites. The extensions are over priced for what you receive. To start, I was sent the wrong color. I only gave them 3 stars because their customer service was fast at responding and they did send me a return label. I chose not to return them because I didn’t want to wait a month to receive the correct color. These extensions also tangle very easy. I’ve paid way less for extensions of the same quality... so overall I’m unsatisfied and I won’t be purchasing again.”
“The first time I thought I ordered the correct hair color and was wrong the dirty blonde on the ponytail is different than the extensions themselves they looked like a strawberry blonde color, thankfully I was able to return my items and get the correct color of hair which matches perfectly to the colors of my hair. Customer service over the phone was understanding of my situation and was able to help. When I emailed though no on til this day has responded back so if you guys have any problems call customer service!”
