“Very disappointed. I ordered Strawberry Blonde extensions and they came in pink. My hair dresser couldn't even get the pink out of them so I had to buy new extensions else where. I also emailed your customer service about this and got no response back, once again disappointed. Definitely will not be recommending your products to anyone.”

“I really love my extensions from Bellami, well worth the price however I do wish in your video displaying all the colours offered that you would show the beach blonde and strawberry blonde in comparison. Also the day after I purchased my extensions a new stale started giving away a free travel straightener so I was not super impressed that I missed this deal :( the quality of the hair is good and the shedding is minimal. Would recommend :)”

“If I could give ZERO stars I would. The hair I received is NOT 100% real hair,(Like the website clams.)the minute my stylist put a toner on the hai,it began to melt off. I have purchased hair over the past 3 years and used the same toner every time, not once has the happened before. Contacted the company with photos and product used and have received no response, it has been 4 business days.(Website and Customer Service both state you will receive a response within 24 hours.)”
