“If I could give ZERO stars I would. The hair I received is NOT 100% real hair,(Like the website clams.)the minute my stylist put a toner on the hair,it began to melt off. I have purchased hair over the past 3 years and used the same toner every time, not once has the happened before. Contacted the company with photos and product used and have received no response, it has been 4 business days.(Website and Customer Service both state you will receive a response within 24 hours.)”

“I do not feel these were worth the cost of money that they were. They are nicer than those you could get at Sally's but certainly don't live up to the reputation they've been given in my opinion. They were not as thick as I expected. I have a ton of hair, and I was told by a representative these should be ok & should be the way to go...clearly not. Probably should have got the Lily Hair, but they're not as long. They're supposedly better so...those maybe worth the money? I use the ENTIRE pack, and still you can tell I have in extensions. I do not think they are as thick from the weft all the way down. They are stringy at the bottom and separate and look sectioned off. I have only worn these now 3x because of this. The first time they were great, but now they just...suck. I only wear them straight, so I don't know if this is the reason...but it really should not matter if they're curled or straight. In my pack, one of the wefts clip wasn't working, so I contacted them to help. They offered to send me a new one, but I've yet to receive it 3 weeks later! So part of my money just goes unused. Personally I just feel these are not worth the cost overall. With mine there were some black plastic-like hairs in the wefts that burned up the second I put heat on them which made the extensions look crappy. I'm sure this is true to all, but you just can't tell in the darker colors.
PS, the color was spot on for me, but not from the picture, I will say that. It's definitely an oranger strawberry blonde which was perfect for me...but in the pictures/video it looks almost pinkish, and very blonde, definitely not the case.”
“Thin hair. doesn't hold style, very expensive poor quality product. I received my hair in a plastic package which was ripped and the seal broken. I think the presentation of the product and how it is packaged should be improved as its an expensive purchase. Also paid $50.00 for expedited shipping and it came a day and a half later than promised.”
“I am not very impressed with the hair. I had it professionally colored and the hair shedded so much! I've purchased plenty of hair in the past and nothing like this has ever happened. The clips are so much thinner and the ends look ragged.”
