“excited to have order these after my hair was recently butchered and so disappointed. When submitting my order my estimated delivery was 5-7 days and i received them on day 11 i believe. On the larger wefts a huge portion of the hair was split off at the weft and i couldn't have been more disappointed... Money wasted as i will never wear them”

“While I'm very happy with my hair extension, I was really disappointed with the shipping time. When I ordered it said I would receive my items in 5-7 days. I did not get my extensions for 10+ days. I was also disappointed with the ponytail that I received. Although the color said it was the same as the extensions, it was not even close to being the same. Ultimately I wasn't able to use it at all. I have heard so many wonderful things about Bellami, but I don't think you really lived up to the hype. Unfortunately I don't think I will reorder with this company.”
