“Bellami's customer service was very nice, but I had to order 3 different sets because the color was off every time(when I sent a picture of my hair the color that they suggested wasn't right). Now, I'm left with no extensions because there's no color that matches my hair. However, the quality of the hair was very nice and the hair is extremely thick from root to tip. I'm overall impressed, but I'm disappointed that there's no color that matched my hair.”

“They're beautiful, and match my hair color perfectly, but what I noticed is different from the first set I purchased a year ago is, they have TONS of split ends. I don't feel like they were taken care of”
