“I originally purchased Chestnut Brown which is 2 shades lighter than the Dark Brown color I have now. Chestnut came in looking orange and 100% a different color than pictured online. I was forced to pay out of pocket to mail the hair back to Bellami and exchange for the Dark Brown color. Disappointing that if the colors are so off, the company doesn’t pay for shipping exchanges. Dark brown came in, and it is a little darker than the image shows, but it doesn’t pay for me to pay to exchange the color again. Hopefully, I can get away with this shade.”

“This hair is not as real as they make it out to be I tried to bleach them to make them lighter but they do not get lighter they turn into a light red color i will not be purchasing anymore extensions from this company I got the color chestnut brown”

“Honestly, I was disappointed in these hair extensions. I’m a professional stylist and I bought these for my Mama who has thin hair. I color was extremely light. In no way was it brown. I already was planning on coloring them myself so that they blended in perfectly with my mamas hair but I still was shocked at how inaccurate the color was. I colored them twice and the color still wasn’t right. It’s as if the extensions have some kind of coating on them that prevents them from being colored. The hair looks and feels great but the ends are very stringy. Overall, I was very disappointed. I did a lot of research on these hair extensions before purchasing them and have read nothing but great reviews but they weren’t what I expected.”
