“I am really disappointed with my order from start to finish. They didn't dispatch it within 48 hours as advertised on the website and I had to email them numerous times. I paid really high customs charges (over 60 pounds!) which made the hair even more expensive and I didn't even know I would have to pay that on top of everything.
The hair is also not a great quality considering the price. The hair colour didn't match the photos and that was the only thing I went by so it didn't match my own hair colour. The hair itself was very frizzy for some reason and no matter what I do to it looks really bad. All in all, it was a complete waste of money and I have told my other friends who wanted to get hair from them not to do it. I will not recommend them, totally not worth the money.”
“The hair is very soft, thick from roots to tips, resilient, holds a curl and the clips are very secure and not too bulky. The hair does shed a bit though, so you must be gentle. But I have seen much worse shedding from other brands. Would buy again :)”
“The extensions themselves are fantastic my only problem is that they matched my hair with the tester but with a bunch in the color was a little light so I wish it was a larger sample to see just in case other than that fantastic quality hair very soft even after washing !!”
