“I ordered the Belissima 220g chestnut brown extensions. They were gorgeous when they arrived, super soft, silky and of course very thick. The color matched my hair perfectly and I was so excited to wear them. However, I'm kinda of disappointed because I've had the hair for not even a month and it's already matting up really bad. I haven't used any heat on them yet, I haven't washed them and I've only worn them a few times. I've been hearing hair extensions for 10 years now so I've been through a lot of pairs and I've never experienced this with any pair and this is the second time this has happened. But last time I ordered from this brand I ordered the platinum blonde ones so I figured it was just because they were blonde. I'm probably not going to order hair extensions from here anymore just because I feel like you pay more for the name than the actual quality of the hair.”
“I bought an extension in bellami 3 weeks ago but i have to return it because i got issue with my money, the extension looks really good although i havent got a chance to try or open it because i have to return. The customer service is great. I reach them tru online for all my questions about refund policy. I must say their customer service is great they reaponse very fast and i got my money back early prior to 3 to 4 buss days! Definitely going to purchase again. Just need to save money again!”
“My extensions that I spent a lot of money on we're only nice for the first week I had them. They have since then are easily tangled and with every conditioner was that I do on them they still continue to be dry lifeless and tangled. I'm not happy with my order.”
