“The quality of the hair is amazing and its lovely and super thick. But unfortunately you sent me light brown hair as opposed to Vibrant Red. I had to dye the hair myself as I needed it for that weekend and I am in England so I would not have had time to change it. But as stated the quality is brilliant just a shame I had to colour it myself and buy two boxes of hair dye.

“This color was chestnut brown and did not match prior purchases of vibrant red from Bellami or your video. Unfortunately, I returned once then received same color back and was told o wouldn't by staff. I then had to bleach out my brand new extensions to color myself because I did not have time to wait for hair again then 4/6 days for refund. I feel that. Elli could of at least helped with postage costs.”

“The “vibrant red†wasn’t vibrant at all…it was more of a light natural red head color….possibly even a strawberry blonde and my hair was actually a vibrant red. I payed for one of the more expensive ones plus payed for the $50 shipping and it was a day late and was a hassle to get dropped off. I really loved the feel of them, were probably the best extensions I’ve put in my hair but really upsetting the were not red at all. Really love the new ombre extensions but don’t know if I’m willing to risk spending that much and not getting what i payed for again.”
