“I love the quality of the extensions and the amount that it came with. The color, however, is no where near my natural hair color - I tried dying them to match my color and they still are pretty different. Right away I opened the entire package, not seeing the "test" hair in the separate pocket. Had I seen this, I probably would have returned them. When I ordered the extensions it clearly stated no returns or exchanges, which is why I opened the package. Had I known you COULD exchange them I would have done so. This was very, VERY disappointing to me because now there is nothing I can do about it.”
“I have ordered this hair before and love the thickness of the hair and length. I couldn't stop raving of the product to my friends and family. This time that I repurchased a new set was very disappointing. The hair wasn't thick at all and the length was slightly shorter than the firsts set. I could physically feel and see less hair attached to each weft and some hair with the glue was coming of the weft when I first opened all the hair. I love Bellami but I will think twice about ordering this hair in the future.”
