“Long story short, my extensions got lost in the mail. The customer service was amazing when it came to helping me get my extensions. However, the hair quality was not what I expected it to be. it’s A LOT of hair but I noticed at the weft so many short little 1-2 cm hairs that appear to be breakage? But it was fresh out of the pack. Not even finger detangled. I needed to cut a good 3 inches off the ends, as well. Other than that the hair is beautiful when I’m wearing it and I guess that’s all that matters!!”
