“I actually really love the hair I purchased, I got the 22” bellisima vibrant red clip in’s. They are beautiful and a perfect match to my natural hair, however it took a month for me to get it and I live in the us. Didn’t receive a confirmation email for two weeks and when I sent them an email I was told they needed proof that I was me because my billing address didn’t match my shipping. Ok whatever I sent all the needed photos to prove I’m who I was including a screenshot of my bank account from paying. But I still hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. Another week went by and I called customer service instead of emailing and was told for some reason the warehouse still hasn’t even fulfilled my order and she would have it sent out right away and would switch it to two day priority. I then received my shipping confirmation but she did not switch it to 2 day ship so it still took another week to get my hair. Also got the free ponytail and I cannot wear it because it doesn’t stay on my natural ponytail and my really hair is past my shoulders so it’s not because a lack there of.”
“This is honestly my 9th set of Bellamis as I change my hair quite frequently, and I've been wearing extensions now for 8 years and have tried every brand of extensions on thr market, I can honestly say that this is the best hair on the market. It's amazing! And worth the investment. In the long run its cheaper to invest the money in a good set of bellamis because you won't have to replace them for years, if ever. I still own every pair I've bought and use them for photo shoots. Still in top quality and barely any damage. These are awesome”
“I had to have mine colored, and the pony tail piece would not take AT ALL! The actual extensions were not the worse quality but I'm not happy with them at all. Just a waste on money :/”
“I love the quality of it but you had failed in the color it. Making it seem what its supposed to be and it wasn't. The hair look like a pastel pink. For almost a 300 dollar you should consider selling the hair as for what it actually looks like online”
