“I bought these and I was disappointed. I've purchased a set before and they were perfect. These however looked like had split ends. They were not thick from top to bottom. I received an email to return them but when I did I no longer had the shipping label. I requested a new one but never got a response back. Would of loved a new set that was just like the quality of my first set I had purchased.”
“I bought Red hair, I got pink in the mail. This hair as explained to several people was for my wedding. Not only was it a week and a half away, but the manager was not considerate, did not try to resolve the situation. I had to pay extra to have it dyed, no condensation was offered.
I will never return to this company, nor will I help you ou receive any.”
“When I bought them I was so excited. I have bought a set prior to these and they were thick from bottom to bottom, perfect. This set was, however, was not. I took the tester piece out and it was great but it was when I took the rest out when I seen the bottom. The bottom was very thin and had spilt end that flared out. I was given a label to return but when I went to return them the label was no longer in my email. So I kept them and decided to cut them which I wasn't too happy doing so. I'm glad I didn't buy the Boogatti sry which is originally what I truly wanted but was unsure about the hair quality. Would of been irritated if those would look like the ones I ended up buying.”

“I have been dying for a long time to get a set of extension from here...I have been wearing extensions for a long time so i was pretty excited to finally be able to buy a pair from here.. and sadly i wasn't impressed... shipping was crap... sat in same town for over 5 days... but made it by that last day dead line.. the color strip at u get to test before opening wasn't to bad or so i though but i was just so excited... so i opened and then once i had it all layed out i realize how awful the color was... i cant believe that they actually called this vibrant red... more like super washed out nasty red... so then of course i couldn't send back because they were opened....I also got a ponytail for getting the extensions.. which didnt match at all but yet they were suppose to be the same color.. the pony tail was fake and not real hair so when i dyed my extensions the pony tail was unwearable because it didnt match... dying them obviously took a tole on them... which is sad being what i payed alot for them... they also shed quite a bit too... i am just very disappointing because i seriously did my research and really thought that bellami was the place to get them... because i watched soooo many review online for them... but online they were faked for getting them free or something... Im sure this reveiw will get delete but i figured that it was wroth it anyways so anyone getting this color or getting them through this company thought twice about it... i payed over 200$ for them and was not happy and will probably not order through them again!”
