Shipping was prompt however I had to take away one star because I found it a bit ridiculous that to exchange the hair you were required to pay for shipping for he exchange. It's hard to determine your color from a computer screen. Maybe Bellami can start shipping samples first. I had to do two exchanges but thankfully after reaching out for my second exchange Bellami covered those shipping costs.”
