“I ordered my hair on July 12. I got an email conformation saying it had been shipped later that afternoon. Today is August 11th. I still have not received my hair. They didn’t actually ship it until over two weeks after I ordered. I know this because I stayed in contact with Fedex and USPS and they notified me when they finally received a package to ship from Bellami. They are refusing to refund me or even send another package because they can’t find mine. I spend $221 PLUS SHIPPING (which they were “refunding” over two weeks ago and I still haven’t seen anything) and I have absolutely nothing to show for it. No one is ever available at the customer service phone number. Nor are they ever available online. I was looking forward to getting the “best” hair extensions you can buy but unfortunately I never received them to find out.”
