“I was beyond excited to get my 22" Bellissima extensions because of all of the amazing reviews! At first glance they look amazing, great thickness, the chocolate color matches my hair perfectly. But when I looked closer, I'm seeing frayed small hairs on the top side (not underside where the clip is) of each weft. It looks like when you've owned extensions for a while and you brush them, the repeated brushing caused the strands tear and you're left with thinner extensions with small gray hairs at the base of the weft. After sending a complaint email about the quality, I was first told these small hairs on the underside of the weft are "normal" because they use extra hair to create extra thickness. The issue I'm having is that all of the fray hairs are NOT on the underside, they're clearly visible on the opposite (visible) side of the clip. I even sent multiple pictures. Now they're asking me to return them for inspection. I've ordered luxury hair extensions from another brand before (also 220g and very thick) and there were no small frayed hairs on all of the visible side of the extensions! Has anyone else had this problem??? I'm so upset having paid $200 to be told this is normal. I hope they fix this and send me some with no frayed hairs.”
“When I got the hair it felt nice and soft and thick but the ends where thin the reviews that I watched showed thick from top to bottom but either way I still like these extensions I did have a strand or two of the hair come off the weft of the clip of one day of wearing them I like these extensions but may not purchase another pair”
