“Length was perfect and very thick hair. Two stars because the hair gets tangled and won’t hold a curl or straighten well. It is hard to blend and easily nappy no matter what I try to do. Had cheaper hair from Sally’s that blended way better and held true to a curl. I won’t order hair again from here.”
“I’m a hairstylist who works with Extensions and this is the worse quality of hair I’ve ever seen. I’ve tried to contact customer service many times and no response. The moment I curled the hair it burned on the iron I was using on a low temperature, which means the hair is fake !!! It’s been 3x since I’ve styled the hair and it looks as if they’ve been used for months. I’m extremely disappointed and wish for a return! But their customer service is horrible”

“I am so sick of this company. I buy hair from here only because it is a true match to my hair but I am DONE NOW. The hair is beautiful, silky, & soft for a MAX of two weeks. With little to no heat used, now it is one big knotted mess. After 10 minutes of wearing them, they start to looks like dreadlocks/ a rats-nest.”
