“These extensions are very beautiful. They are incredibly thick and sleek. My only problem was with shipping. If you need your extensions sooner rather than later, I would spend a little extra on shipping. I went with standard shipping(5-7 business days) and I ordered on August 1st. I did not receive my hair until August 16th. So in total in took 11 days(not including processing). However, the hair was delivered in good condition and I have been very impressed with the quality.”

Everything I read was high quality this and high quality that but the packing most definitely is not. The extensions came in a paper envelope with an itemized receipt on the outside. Once you open the envelope, the hair is in plastic packaging with a snap button. I wish I could attach a picture for y’all to see. Pretty sure packaging at dollar general is more expensive than what they send your couple hundred dollar hair extensions in. The hair itself feels great, but you have to get it untangled from the net it comes in. Like the hair but was expecting a little more from the company with at least presentation.”

“These hair extensions are terrible. I got the second to most thickest hair and it’s paper thin. Yes it’s long but you can clearly see that I am wearing extensions and I can’t return them. I tried them on once and they don’t look good at all. I am so disappointed because my friend told me after to quickly cancel my order because azalea extensions are better but I told her, “I trust this brand the reviews are great!” I guess I need the thickest clip in extensions you offer but I did not want to pay around $350 for hair. I absolutely love the pony tail extension that I got for free though. It’s amazing and I wear that frequently when going out to dinners and to events with friends. I just wish that the pictures you offered on the website were more accurate towards the thickness because the extensions I picked, I believed were the same amount of thickness as my hair. I ordered extensions off of Amazon last summer that were curly and way thicker than yours for $12 and they lasted an entire year. They just became tangly so I thought I’d buy nicer, expensive ones that would last and I can’t even wear your product.
I am disappointed overall but the ponytail makes up for it!”
“I’ve had these extensions maybe almost a month and they already lost probably half the amount of grams that it came with I’ve only put heat on them once and there super dry and I just washed them yesterday for the first time and a lot of the color came out and there about 2 shades lighter I’m not happy with this set”
