“I was very excited to get my first hair extensions from Bellami. My make up artist for my wedding mentioned this line to be really good but after she put it on for me she was surprised it was 220g. She mentioned it seemed light and doesn’t seem like 220g, and I should get a refund. I feel like I’m not completely happy with this hair as it’s not full enough.”
“Terrible customer service. Everything’s a hassle. My hair was unopened and they gave me a hard time about returning it because it smelled horrid from the packaging the other two pieces I had already opened so I couldn’t return(I knew this and did not attempt to). After returning the clip ins the charge me for a FREE gift even though I kept pet of my order I paid for. Either way would never order from them again. Beware.”
“I bought my extensions back in March and the looked great and thick. I didn’t wear the for the first two months I wasn’t to comfortable with them yet. I started wearing them this month and they’ve only had about a month of wear or less and they shed like crazy they’re super thin it doesn’t even seem like I have 220 g of hair anymore. When I first got them I noticed that they would shed a lot too. The clips have easily detached or some of the hair. But I think what mint disappoints is that they do shed a lot”
