“I had been waiting for over 8 months to pick the best brand to go with for extensions since my hair has had a rough year. And based off the reviews, I decided to give this bran a go. Paying close to almost 400 Canadian for not even the thickest set and them be so thin unlike they advertise wasnt even the worst part. What makes these so terrible is the tangling. This has to do with either a coating on the hair, or a mix and match of hair types or just putting hair in wrong directions when sewing them, I am not sure which but it BLOWS. It means that in less than 20 min of them in your hair, you have a big ball of rat nest going on which is easy to see fake hair verses real so blending goes out the window. No amount of detangler and being nice while untangling them protects you from tearing out tons of hair, as they shed so much so you are left with nothing in just a few days...
Me being a broke student living on my own, I barely can afford my bills let alone when I get money as a gift for my birthday and decide to splurge on exstenions and get this as a result. I am truly devastated. But its not like you will do anything about it, as you make the product and never show those reviews online on your own site showing just how shitty they are. For all that money I'm sure you could work on your product and produce something actually worth paying that for to avoid this in the future. But I will never spend money here again and will tell everyone I know not to and comment on any video or review that it is a lie about them as you rip people off and theres nothing we can do as it's not till you put them in do you realize how horrid they really are.
Thanks so much for your summing of people and their money. Please do better in the future its the least you could do as a company. Even if all your sets are not like this even a few being like this is totally unacceptable we all pay the same and should get the same. I found tons of people with similar experiences as me and only sad I didn't find them sooner.
