“I submitted a claim, because FedEx drop the package off at my house and I never received it.
I was told that they would do it a Investigation and get back to me however they most likely wouldn’t resume responsibility of payment if my hair did not get to me and FedEx said that they did drop it off in the package was stolen.
I have yet to hear from them. That is a horrible Business practices of such a huge company. And word-of-mouth definitely goes along way.”
