“This is the first time i order hair from Bellami , i really love the quality. I ordered a shade a little darker so i was thinking to exchange them i emailed costumer service and they never got back at me. I ended uo keeping the hair extensions but i am extremely dissapointed of how bad the costumer service is . Never got a reply never got a call, so as far as the hair its 5 stars. Costumer service 1 star.”
“I bought my very first set of extensions from Bellami and couldn’t be more happy with my purchase. I bought the Dark Brown and brought them to my hair stylist to have them glazed to be my exact hair color because the next darker was a little too dark for my hair. They are perfect. They took the color well and they don’t seem damaged from the color at all. I’ve worn them out with my girlfriends several times—and several of them have weaves or extensions—and constantly complement how nice and natural mine look. Love love love. Worth every cent!
I also bought the special hanger & carrying case Bellami makes for extensions. Definitely worth the investment for keeping your extensions in perfect condition. My hair stylist said she was even going to buy one for her extensions because it’s so great.

“I absolutely LOVE my hair extensions! They are so soft, easy to clip into my hair, and blend so naturally. The reason I gave them four stars instead of five is because they have such a bad smell to them! Even after I washed them they still have the same smell. Also, I didn't like that they did not come with a hanging bag to store them in. They are expensive and high quality so I expected to have a safe place to store them. Other than those two issues, I love them so far!”
