“So shocked to see so many good reviews... I took the sample I received in the mail with my hair to Sally’s Beauty Supply ...the dark brown (2) is a 3...if your a perfectionist on color and have true dark brown hair this is absolutely not the right color! The free pony tail looks even lighter! Really disappointing this hair is labeled as a 2. Absolutely not...needs to be changed to a 3-4. Really Upset.”
