“Hair is amazing but slightly let down by the colour matching service. The hair was 2 shades darker than my own hair which resulted in me having to dye my hair. It turned out not being a massive deal but I do prefer it slightly lighter. Delivery was also really slow.”

“I’ve ordered from Bellami three times and had a good experience but my 22inches came in and half the clips were SO tangled and the bottom of some the extensions were like fried, like you know when your Barbie’s hair would get old and nappy in some parts? They were so tangled and napped up RIGHT OUT THE PACKAGE that when I tried gently pulling them apart they just tore up. I’m SO upset i spent $200 on these extensions. I checked the Sample clip that comes on the top of the package and that clip was perfect so I decided to open my package. But once you open the package i think you’re pretty much screwed and can’t get a refund or anything even if it was their fault.
I’m really thinking about swapping extension brands after this. My clips won’t even last me half the time this time because of how ruined they already came in. I’ve been wearing extensions for 6 years now and never had my hairs coming in with that quality. I’m SO upset.”
